Kangsha-Brief Life Sketch
Kangsha was a king of Mathura. His father’s name was Ugrasen. Kangsha was very oppressive in nature. Hankering after the throne of his father, he imprisoned his parents. Kangsha once heard a prophecy that he would be killed by his own nephew. To avoid this prophecy come to true, he kept his sister and her husband (brother-in-law) in jail. There, in the jail, a son was born to his sister. The son was named Lord Krishna and later on Kangsha was killed by him (Lord Krishna). 0 0 0
