Dr Pranayee Dutt-Brief Life Sketch
Dr Pranayee Dutt is an educator and researcher. Pranayee Dutt, who has been known for her talent since childhood, passed H S final examination from Tarini Choudhury Bahumukhi Higher Secondary Girls’ School, Guwahati in 1970 securing a second stand in the Science Stream. In 1973, he graduated from Cotton College with Honours in Physics and in 1975 he passed M Sc and took the job of teaching first at Pandu College and later on, at Cotton College. In 1977, he got an appointment as a lecturer of Physics at Guwahati University. In 1987, he conducted research on ‘Radiation of Cosmic Rays’ under the guidance of Professor Kishori Mohan Pathak, Guwahati University and gained a Ph.D. degree. In 1902, he joined the Department of Electronics and Communication Technology, the University of Guwahati as the Head Professor and held the post till 2013.
Dr. Pranayee Dutt’s numerous research papers have been published in various magazines at national and international levels. He has participated in several conferences in Canada, Australia, South Africa, Japan, Russia, China and other countries. 0 0 0
