Kashinath Phukan-Brief Life Sketch
Kashinath Phukan was born in the famous Kakati dynasty of Shivsagar. He wrote ‘Assam Buranji Puthi’ with the help of Radhanath Barbaruwa and Ahom language scholar Bailung Pandit. In the days of British rule, he served as a Munsif of Kachari in Shivsagar. Not much is known about Kashinath Phukan. 0 0 0
