Tenjin Norge (Tenzin Norgay) was the first Nepali-Indian to conquer mount Everest. He climbed Everest, the highest peak in the world, in 1953 with Edmund Hillary of Norway. He was born in 1914 in Khumbu, Nepal. Tenjin Norge died in 1986 in Darjeeling, India. 0 0 0
