Sheikh Saad Al-Abdullah Al-Salem Al-Sabah
Sheikh Saad Al-Abdullah Al-Salem Al-Sabah was the Emir of Kuwait and the twelfth ruler of the state of Kuwait. He was born in Kuwait in 1930 and was a member of the Al-Sabah dynasty, which has ruled Kuwait since the 18th century.
Sheikh Saad Al-Abdullah Al-Salem Al-Sabah was designated as Crown Prince of Kuwait in 1977 and became Emir of Kuwait upon the death of his half-brother, Emir Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, in 2006. He ruled for only nine days before abdicating due to health issues. Sheikh Saad passed away in 2008 at the age of 77. 0 0 0.
